Back in October of last year, Bobby Oroza released his first single on the Timmion Records subsidiary label Stylart that quickly caused a frenzy amongst collectors. Not many outside of Finland were familiar with the name Oroza but he has been inscribed on record labels throughout the country for years and follows a long line of family members who have been in the business including Bobby’s grandfather, a Bolivian transplant who recorded an album of latin cancios in 1972 for the Eteenpän label.
Bobby’s 7” single (part 1 & 2) contained the musical backing by Cold Diamond & Mink which was equally a standout as was Bobby’s vocals. Taking things to the next level, Timmion Records is releasing the full instrumental track of “This Love” which makes as a perfect companion to the vocal version. As with the first run on Stylart, these are sure to sell out quick so be sure to grab a copy of this “doubles are a must” break beat opening, slow flow soul joint to add to your crates.
