Over the top funky and ready for the dance floor and something that we knew would get plenty of spins from us here at Nostalgia King. That’s what you’re guaranteed to get as soon as you press play on the new single “Shake the Blues (Outta Your Shoes)” by Danny Toeman, a funky workout and a damn good time.
Hailing from the UK and obviously understands and how to bring the funk, Toeman delivers an incredible slice of rhythm n blues that’s overflowing with funky goodness throughout and guaranteed to be a floor filler. Sonically the new single hits every note and sounds absolutely amazing when turned up loud but how could it not when you’ve got someone like Vince Chiarito (Black Pumas, Resonaires, Eli ‘Paperboy’ Reed) in charge of mixing duties to bring it all together. Shake The Blues is right on the money and we feel like we’ve got a bag of it and plenty to spend and Danny Toeman is definitely a bang for your buck!
