Quality is of the highest regards when it comes to releases dropping on Village Live and their presentation both in and out are the types of things we would expect to see from major labels with big budgets. From recording to cover design, pressing to packaging, their works of art are museum quality standards for the discerning listener.
Finding it’s way to records bins in the very near future is the debut album, “The Addition Of Strangeness” from Israeli jazz pianist Doron Segal. Recorded at Lowswing Studios in Berlin, featuring Daniel Dor on drums & Tom Berkmann on bass, the album features 9 tracks which showcases Doron’s ability and technicality as a composer and a great pianist. Including an awe-inspiring cover of Soundgarden’s cult classic ‘Black Hole Sun’.
