Flashback to 2011 and a New York minute when my partner, The Elroy Jenkins and myself were throwing HP&B parties in NY. This one was at @fatbuddhabar which was one of our monthly parties and on this particular night, it just happened to be J-Zone’s release party for his first book. The Polaroid-Don King Mike Béon was on hand with his trusty camera taking snaps and having them signed by a who’s who of people who came out to support the event. Fun times during a previous era.
