The Mighty Mocambos aren’t new to this music thing and have been at it for quite some time and successfully at that. Their sound is ever evolving but with the release of their latest 45, “Golden Swallow” b/w “Preaching To The Choir” off of their upcoming full length LP “2066”, it’s obvious that they haven’t lost their funk edge. Golden Swallow is an up-tempo cinematic chase theme that gets the adrenaline flowing as if Popeye Doyle was on the case.
