Once again it’s on with the beats banging and heads nodding as Large Pro, one of the most beloved producers behind the boards sets up to release the latest installment in his “Beatz” series of instrumental productions. In volume 3, Large Pro takes a thematic approach in hopes of lifting spirits with the sounds that he utilized on this installment.
“From the youthful “Let It Fly” to the ghetto love story sounds of “Rooftop Love”, all of the beats on this project were made to make the listener feel good. After learning more about my family history, I had to dedicate the song “Ancestors” to my predecessors who are in “The Friendly Skies”. Overall, I want to keep that Boomp Bap style of Hip Hop alive for my generation and the real ones to follow.”
There’s no denying that Large Pro has grown to be a timeless figure within the culture and continues to age like the perfect blending of grapes that produces the finest wines from the soils of the earth. It’s more than obvious that his love of the music is what keeps him fresh and going so we’re definitely anticipating more volumes in the future to add to our already impressive collection of “Beatz”.
