The library music genre has really seemed to have an explosion of sorts over the last 5+ years with artists creating some very interesting compositions and albums dedicated to the sound. Recently making it’s debut and already one of our favorites is New Strategies For Modern Crime by Prefuse 73 what does a stellar job of creating something that could’ve very well been recorded during the 1970’s but very modern in every way.
Strategies For Modern Crime sounds exactly as the title suggests and is broken into 2 volumes of deep listening and clocking in at 28 tracks in total on double LP pressed to red vinyl and housed in classic visual style jacket with bullet holes through a TV which automatically sets the tone for the dramatic action thats set the follow.
