For those of you in and around the Philadelphia area, Philadelphia Film Society in collaboration with Reelblack will be screening the Sam Greenlee classic film, The Spook Who Sat By The Door tonight at PFS East. The screening will be presented in the new 4k Restoration and will have special guests and a post screening Q&A afterwards. There will also be a book + film ticket bundle deal as well.
One of the most daring political films of the 1970’s based on the novel by Sam Greenlee which embodies as much social significance today as it did upon its initial release.
