This weekend in Toronto will be packed to the rafters with record collector and related happenings. Some of the best record dealers will be in town for Sunday’s record fair, I’ll be co-curating the Jazzy Jay “A Retrospective” exhibition alongside In Vintage We Trust and Supreme La Rock which will display some of Jazzy Jay’s artifacts and memorabilia from his extensive Hip Hop career. There are some of the best DJ’s who will be doing nights in conjunction with the festival including DJ Spinna, DJ Koco, Famous Lee, DJ Serious and more plus the homies Al Bumz, Tone B. Nimble and Big Jacks will be hosting a Gospel Brunch Sunday morning digging into and playing selections from the crates. To close things out for the weekend, there will be a special performance by Lord Finesse.
