What was originally intended to be produced in celebration of the 5th Anniversary of Toronto Soul Club, exclusive patches were made and to be used as a fundraiser for a local cause. With events that have happened over the last few weeks, the collective have shifted their focus to donating to the Black Lives Matter campaign.
“Soul Music is Black music, Black culture. It’s rhythmic, spiritual, kinetic and connects us all. Seeing what is happening in our community and in other cities is wrong. The time has come to listen, learn, and support with action.”
