Waxpaper Records Pop Up

For the first time since the beginning of the pandemic, yesterday marked the first of hopefully a few more to come before the end of the year record pop ups thrown by Waxpaper Records. Organized last minute but you would never be able to tell with the amount of people that showed up for a fun day, this is exactly what the community needed. Thrown outside of the coffee / plant shop, Vault and Vine and not knowing what to expect, the show began at 11am with a small set up, a few tables and boxes of records and by the time set up was done, there was already a line of people waiting to get digging.

It was great to see everyone getting their fix in with coffee in hand and plenty of dogs in tow as well which made for the perfect, brisk fall Sunday morning. With the success of Sunday, hopefully we’ll be seeing a few more happen with a few other dealers involved as well.

Thanks to Waxpaper Records and Vault and Vine for helping the community to once again enjoy being around each other (safely of course) and digging for records in a public setting.
