New single from the mighty Scone Cash Players representing out of Miami, Florida with a heavy funk number that’s about to work it’s way into my set on the upcoming 9th Anniversary Butta 45’s Germany tour in October. “Canned Champagne” is a strong soul brother tune with vocals by Jason Joshua (a name to get familiar with) that’s heavy on the drums and slick on the organ that will surely get the floor into a frenzy. I’ve patiently been waiting for the resurgence of the deep funk sound to make it’s way back around and Scone Cash Players nailed it perfectly. Flip it over to the b-side and damn, we’ve got the instrumental for the win!
