Playing records worldwide is what I do. There’s something special about playing timeless music that you truly believe in for people with open ears that are ready to take that musical journey with you. I don’t do things for the gram, I don’t play whats hot on the blogs that push what will work in the club for the next few weeks then no one will care about it in a months time. I don’t play sets of the best from each decade because thats too easy. I’d rather play the unexpected, b-sides, album cuts and break new records from independent labels and artists the same way great and legendary DJ’s did in the past before everything became a popularity contest. Knowing at any given moment, you could clear the floor because people aren’t familiar with a song that you just played is a thrill to me and on that makes you a better DJ.
