The Wu has really been off and running this year with projects and releases and Masta Killa is next up to bat and setting things up for his upcoming album, “Balance” on Nature Sounds. The lead single, Eagle Claw features to Wu verbal swordsmiths, Raekwon and Cappadonna who join Masta Killa and deliver a Wu Tang sound that we’ve definitely missed.
Balance is a 10 track LP with a slew of guest appearances which include The RZA, Method Man, Snoop Dogg, N.O.R.E. and AZ to name a few and features production by the legendary Easy Mo Bee, Nick Price, RZA, PF Cuttin and DJ FX. The production lineup gives the album a varied sound with Nick Price handling the bulk of the duties and delivering an overall solid album that will appeal to those that love the Wu and need keep up their crates to include any and all projects dropped.
