Following up on his previous which was dedicated to The Professionals, his latest takes a dive into on of the weirdest soundtrack and film combos that we know of from 1973, La Planete Sauvage.
Here Alex Santos Orchestra covers “Le Bracelet” and does it do justice by now only sticking to the original sound and feel of the classic but also bringing things forward and adding just enough to make it sound refreshing and new again. Too many times we hear cover versions that ruin the originals but with Alex Santos, there’s always a complimentary factor that never takes away but always enhances to another level.
