Issue #2 of Dusties Magazine, the deep digger, DJ history and record culture magazine just landed and it’s another one for the books (literally)! 203 pages of serious reading that goes deeper than any other magazine. Issue 2 features the cover story and interview with legendary producer, MC and DJ, Diamond D who graces the cover.
For this issue, I contributed 3 pieces for the latest issue including one of legendary DJ / producer, Paul Nice (RIP) and interview with legendary digger, Danny Dan The Beatmann of Dusty Fingers fame who recently passed away and Yuji Ohno, the legendary Japanese musician who passed away last week.
Issue 2 also takes a deep dive into saluting the early hip hop pioneer radio DJs as well as a look at the DJ capital of the world, Philadelphia and all of it’s contributions, legendary DJ’s and more.
