It was actually 1 year to the day that I first wrote about this previously unreleased gem that was brought to light from DJ Sigher and his Super Disco Edits label and it still gets plenty of spins from me. But let’s back track for a sec, shall we? In an era where everything seems go be getting a reissue (weather it’s needed or not), it’s always refreshing to see and hear labels discover tunes that we can actually add to our selections that weren’t known before. Now back to the present time, a great funky Disco’esque soul cut from Mighty Fire pulled directly from the original reels, pressed to 45 and still available directly from the label who gives the original artists 50% of the sales profits, now what other label does that!?
