One thing that I love seeing is progression of an artists that you’ve seen and known for years was dope and then they slowly but surely become a name and begin to get shine and recognition for their talents. One of those talents is Philly’s Dell P, a Philly Hip Hop Award winner and thoroughbred MC that’s been coming correct for quite sometime independently but is just as good as any big name rap acts that you might know and love.
