When it comes to producing drum series, Drumetrics takes the title for not only recording outstanding drums perfect for sampling but for their presentation of the entire product. Continuing on with their series of sure to sell out releases, their latest “EYEdeals” from MRR (Michael Raymond Russell) slices like a sharp sword with tight drums played in a very cinematic way giving us Library’esque and Psych flavors surrounding them which makes this a complete listen from start to finish. It’s obvious that these guys know exactly what they’re doing when it comes to sound recording and capturing something thats rather unique in this era.
