If you’re in the Los Angeles area and a fan of Kaiju (giant Japanese monsters), classic Japanese TV shows like Ultraman, then I highly recommend you checking out the current show Kaiju vs Heroes curated by collector, artists and vinyl toy creator Mark Nagata. “Mark Nagata’s Journey through the World of Japanese Toys” features on display some of Mark’s collection of vintage toys, artwork and other pieces which showcases his love of Kaiju culture. When it comes to collecting, especially vintage Ultraman pieces, Mark is one of the best in the game.
The show runs from September 15, 2018 – March 24, 2019 so there’s plenty of time to make it.
