Fans of the Godzilla franchise have been waiting quite sometime for a properly done animated film and with the success of 2016’s Shin Godzilla film, the giant monster hype is even more a buzz. Today Toho Animation released a teaser trailer for what will be a trilogy of animated films all produced in Japan under the Godzilla: Monster Planet title (other regions will be titled Godzilla: Planet of The Monsters). From what is known so far, the series as been picked up and will be streamed via Netflix and will air in Japan first in November.
